Ingredients
- 3 tbsp ground flax seed meal
- 1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 scoop pea protein powder (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Baking Mix http://eatcaulipower.com/
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or other chopped nuts)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- With an electric mixer, beat flax seed meal, margarine, water, sugar, protein powder (if using) and vanilla in a medium bowl until creamy.
- Beat in cauliflower baking mix and salt until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Form dough into small dough balls and drop onto un-greased baking sheets.
- Bake 9 - 11 mins. or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Store in an air-tight container at room temp for up to 6 days.
