Hi! I am so excited to do this detox! I will be shopping tomorrow. My mother-in-law bought me this book for Xmas and I have been obsessed! I have always been intrigued by veganism but have found the whole idea daunting. Your book has made it more accessible than I ever thought possible. I am the type of person who needs to be told what to buy and what to eat. I love shopping at Trader Joe’s and am looking forward to incorporating your book into my life. I have already been cooking from it and have loved every recipe.
